Show your tickets at the will-call ticket counter at the At the Top entrance on the Lower Ground Level of Dubai Mall.

Age Policy:
There are three ticket categories: Adult (12+), Child (4-12 years) at a discounted price and Infant (below 4 years) for free.
A responsible adult is advised to accompany younger guests under 13 at all times for safety reasons.
Validity:
The validity of the ticket will be mentioned clearly in the ticket itself.
Cancellation Policy:
Tickets that are once booked cannot be canceled or refunded. Please go through the terms and conditions mentioned on your ticket for cancellation.
