- Eligibility: To use the Patil Tourism LLC website or booking services, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Accuracy of Information: We strive to ensure that all information on our website is accurate and up-to-date. However, we cannot guarantee that there will be no errors or omissions.
- Use of Website: You agree to use the Patil Tourism LLC website for lawful purposes only.
- Limitation of Liability: We shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Patil Tourism LLC website or booking services.

- Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Waiver: No waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Patil Tourism LLC .
- Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Patil Tourism LLC and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
Booking Terms and Conditions
- Payment: All bookings must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing to Patil Tourism LLC . Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled departure will be refunded in full. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled departure will not be refunded.
- Changes to Bookings: Changes to bookings must be made in writing to Patil Tourism LLC . Changes to bookings will be subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
- No Shows: Passengers who do not show up for their scheduled departure will not be refunded.
- Travel Documents: It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that they have all necessary travel documents, including a valid passport and visa.
- Insurance: Patil Tourism LLC strongly recommends that passengers purchase travel insurance to protect themselves against unforeseen events.
- Baggage Allowance: Each passenger is allowed to check in one piece of luggage weighing no more than 20 kg. Additional baggage may be subject to charges.
- Prohibited Items: Passengers are prohibited from carrying any dangerous or illegal items on board.
- Conduct: Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful manner at all times.
- Right to Refuse Service: Patil Tourism LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger for any reason.
